CHEMICALS, FITNESS, DIET AND THE ENVIRONMENT.....

We live in a world out of balance, a society of disregard for ourselves, others and the planet.

We drive cars, ride escalators and use numerous electric labour saving devices. We poison our insides with fat and chemical laden processed foods, we slap chemicals all over our bodies in the form of soaps, shampoos and creams, we spray chemicals all over our homes to keep them clean and smelling nice. Not to mention the complete disregard we seem to have for our planet and the environment.

Is it any wonder then that many of us are becoming so unfit and overweight, and that heart disease and cancer is so prevalent? And that global warming is looming heavily on the horizon? Ironically we have a greater understanding than ever about our own well-being and that of the planet, yet we still do very little about either of them.

If you care about yourself, your family and the planet, then it is time for action, tomorrow is always tomorrow, then it is too late. So go on make that change, alter your diet, take some exercise, stop using those chemical laden products, and do something for the environment. You will not regret it and will undoubtedly feel much better for it too.

Take a look around this web site, apart from this one there are only 4 other pages and they could change your life. Beware though there are links to descriptions on Wikipedia which could keep you reading for hours. There is one page each for Chemicals in our daily lives, Keeping Fit, Healthy Diet and the Environment.

This site has no hidden agenda like many you find on the net. Just a few links that enable you to purchase further reading via Amazon or products that may be of use to you in your search to improve your lifestyle. Please consider purchasing via these links if you find something of interest as the commission earned is all that pays for the work on this site.

I hope you like it and find it interesting reading...
