Broadband Internet Speeds are dependant on two things which your Internet Service Provider (ISP) rarely discuss.

1. The distance of your home from the exchange
2. The quality & type of your BT wiring & sockets

Obviously there is nothing that you can do about the distance of your house from the exchange, but I can optimize your wiring and / or sockets to minimize interference which is usually the main cause of poor Broadband Speeds after the actual location of your house.

SERVICES OFFERED...

• Analysis of your Broadband Connection Speed & Distance from the exchange. Plus Testing and a Visual assessment of your BT wiring / sockets - Fixed Fee.
• Optimization of your wiring to remove possible sources of interference - Hourly Rate.
• Replacing your secondary BT socket(s) with dedicated Broadband sockets, thus eliminating the need for those unsightly micro filters that hang from your socket. - Hourly Rate.
• Installing additional phone / broadband sockets. - Hourly Rate.

CHARGES...

HOURLY RATES: £25 for the first hour, then £20 thereafter.
HOME ANALYSIS FEE: £25, discounted to £10 if remedial work work is carried out.

NOTE 1: It is illegal to interfere with the cabling up to and including the BT Master socket. Therefore I am not permitted alter the cable or socket up to this point. BT should be contacted if a problem is identified in this case.

NOTE 2:Broadband Internet Speed Analysis and Optimization is only offered on ADSL systems (through your phone line) and NOT on Cable Internet such as Virgin Broadband.
