INDIAN COOKERY PARTIES & PERSONAL TUITION

I have to say I love food from all corners of the earth, but Indian Cooking is in my soul, as it is for my mother who taught me much of what I know. She is from Gujarat in the north west of India, and it is Gujarat that has influenced my cooking.

Disappointed with much of the "Indian" food found in shops and restaurants I wanted to share my knowledge of how Real Indian food should taste and be cooked.

This is why I have set up my business teaching people to cook Indian food the traditional way, made with wholesome ingredients & fragrant spices, free from additives, colourings, and excessive oil and cream.

For your convenience my tuition is designed to be hosted in the comfort of your own home, either on a one to one basis or as a cookery party. I am based in Wokingham, Berkshire and can travel within a 25 mile radius to share my knowledge of Indian Cookery. Whichever format you chose I will bring all the spices, ingredients and utensils required leaving you with a tidy home and a hearty meal.
